**Product Manager Job brief** We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that construction professionals love. As a part of the founding team, you will have the opportunity to build and lead teams that transform Pitch Gauge from an app into a platform. You will be working with the founder to devise and execute Pitch Gauge’s growth strategies across the short and long term. **What we are looking for** We care more about a candidate's attributes than their skills, so please apply if you meet some of the below skills and experiences. - 5+ years of work experience in product management in B2C products, ideally in construction technology or property technology. - Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations - Solid technical background with experience managing remote engineering teams & outsourced software engineering vendors. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job - Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization - Experimentation mindset: You have demonstrable experience conducting experiments and a solid understanding of experimentation principles and how they can be applied to optimize and expedite growth.  **First 90 Days ** While there is so much opportunity for a hungry product manager to put their skills to work, we see your first 90 days playing out as below: - Creating the product roadmap & KPI’s - Developing user growth strategy - Hiring product, engineering, design & marketing resources (FTE’s and contractors) - Support development of pricing strategy - Support development of Pitch Gauge community development.  **Values ** - Humility - We listen to others, respect each other, and relentlessly seek feedback. - Hard work - We are a bootstrapped company.
