An embedded forum would be like integrating circle.so into certain pages so that users can discuss topics among themselves whereas dynamic messaging would be like using Intercom for your team to message members according to segmented groups, according to certain user profiles, or even at various steps on the new member onboarding process.
No issues because we connect Intercom/Helpscout or any other messaging service to your website domain which should already have a reputation. Emails are generated in Intercom but sent via your domain. We set that up in Intercom, you won't have any issues. This is a typical setup for any software that generates email.
Yes, that is the beauty of HQ. We can integrate almost anything.
It depends on what you want. We would go with applying your style/colors to the current elements as HQ was really well thought out by an excellent UX/UI designer. And then we can of course, update elements where you want to see a difference. Our team is excellent at this and we are flexible. We’ll discuss design elements before starting the project.
Yes, of course, as we start building, we'll work together on setting up all the software needed.
HQ is fully responsive and there are services out there where you can wrap a website with a mobile app frame to launch it as a full app very quickly. We are also able to build a React Native version of HQ but keep in mind that it would be a separate project since we are transitioning from a web app to a mobile app.
