This our core early-stage strategy that we have been deploying since 2019 into 60+ calm companies. We structure these funds similar to a "rolling fund" with a new fund launching every year and accepting LPs on a quarterly subscription.

In Fund IV we will be introducing a complimentary strategy of investing in more mature calm companies. We invest in companies with $1m-$10m annual recurring revenue and allow founders to take as much of the investment as they like off the table in the form of a secondary. Fund IV will be a blended strategy of early stage and later stage investments, seeking to maximize returns across both classes.
